The AVITAR building was built in the year of 1930 and was totally reconstructed in 2001.

There are 46 apartments which abide by international standards. Amongst them there are one room apartments two room apartments with connected rooms and special suites. Each apartment is equipped with new modern furniture, TV set (40 programes), telephone, WC, shower-kabin, hair-dryer, refrigerator, Wi Fi and other facilities that will make your stay in AVITAR enjoyable.
